Western Australia Site Maintenance Leader

The role of Maintenance Manager is a key leadership position within our Western Australian operations, responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintenance Manager will lead by example, providing hands-on assistance to the maintenance team and limiting the need for external contractors where possible.
This includes managing and maintaining equipment, tools, and facilities across various sites, including current sites Singleton and Mandurah as well as future locations being developed or acquired.
As Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our business by ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Oversee maintenance activities across all WA sites, including current and future locations
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance and management
- Trade qualification e.g. A Grade Electrician or qualified Plumber (including TMV work)
- Current driver's license
- Thorough understanding of legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks including use of tools and equipment
- Willingness to contribute to after-hours maintenance requirements from time to time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
