Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to participants to assist them in managing employment-related barriers and empowering them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management services to participants to help them secure sustainable employment.
  • Engage with employers to facilitate job placements and provide on-the-job support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to connect participants with wrap-around services such as training providers, allied health services, and community-based organizations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in areas such as employment services, community services, or other relevant fields.
  • Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • A strong team player with a personal commitment to contributing to a great culture.
