In this role as an Inclusive Employment Australia Recruitment Partner, you will build close relationships with local employers, understand their workforce needs and support them to hire more people with a disability, injury or health condition.

About You
  • Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or related fields are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, candidate placement and post-placement support will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, account management or sales will also be highly regarded
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills are essential
  • A working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands is necessary
  • The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is crucial
  • A performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs are essential
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel within the region
