About the Role:
\As an Assistant Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day functions of your department while working closely across the store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a great work environment for team members.
\The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for learning, and a willingness to adapt to changing situations. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Pathway, learning key leadership skills and department capabilities, and contributing to the development of future leaders within the company.

- Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect throughout the store.\
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, driving sales growth and exceeding performance targets.\
- Mentor and guide team members, providing guidance on operational procedures and best practices.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, foster innovation, and ensure seamless execution of plans.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.\
Requirements\
