About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Director in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's diary, emails, and appointments
  • Prepare proposals and documentation for clients
  • Oversee database and compliance management
  • Assist with lead entry into the CRM and follow up on inquiries
  • Conduct morning updates with the team to keep deals and settlements on track
  • Manage referral fees and client gifts after settlements
  • Support general marketing initiatives and social media management
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an admin role
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload
  • Proficiency in independent work and collaborative teamwork
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Positive, can-do attitude
