Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via live chat, email support, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring accurate and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.
  • Provide clear and concise product information to customers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or related setup.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms, email systems, or ERP software is a plus.
