Restaurant Cleaning Position

We seek a reliable and hardworking individual to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the restaurant and service areas.

  • Daily cleaning of indoor and outdoor dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house is essential to ensure our venue remains spotless and well-maintained at all times.
  • Assisting with kitchen cleaning, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, is also required.
  • Emptying bins, restocking cleaning supplies, and managing waste disposal are key responsibilities.
  • Ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are always met is critical to the success of this role.
  • Following cleaning schedules and checklists to support smooth service is vital.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of high standards of cleanliness in indoor and outdoor dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house.
  • Assistance with kitchen cleaning, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Management of waste disposal, bin emptying, and cleaning supply restocking.
  • Adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Adherence to cleaning schedules and checklists to support smooth service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning (hospitality or commercial environment).
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility in availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Understanding of workplace health & safety standards (training provided if needed).
