Hygiene Specialist

As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its team members, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to develop its people.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other areas throughout the facility.
- Disposing of waste, including both regular trash and medical waste, in accordance with proper guidelines and safety protocols.
- Following strict infection control procedures, such as using appropriate cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of infections.
- Ensuring that cleaning and hygiene supplies are adequately stocked and available for residents and staff.
- Operating floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning trolleys and consumables.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
