Hygiene Specialist

We seek a motivated Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Pascoe Vale Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a clean and safe working environment ensuring resident, visitor, and staff safety
  • Prepare and clean in accordance with the food safety program
  • Clean and sort residents' clothing
  • Ensure kitchen cleaning tasks meet CraigCare standards
  • Understand and execute infection control initiatives

Requirements:

  • Organised attitude to work in a physically demanding team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across any day of the week
  • Previous experience in hotel services (kitchen) within an aged care environment
  • Sound knowledge of food safety
