Job Summary

As a seasoned Risk Management Professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and business risks. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks and policies across various functions and departments.
  • Leading risk assessment activities to evaluate risks and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop risk mitigation plans and ensure timely implementation.
  • Monitoring key risk indicators and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
  • Conducting risk awareness training to promote a culture of risk awareness.
  • Coordinating risk-related audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance risk management practices and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is highly desirable).
  • Proven experience in senior risk management roles, with a track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
