Corporate Lawyer Role Overview

This role provides an excellent opportunity to be a key contributor to the growth and continuing success of our corporate team. An exciting, diverse and hands-on position with extensive exposure to cross-border investment and M&A in both public and private markets.

You will be involved in advising Australian and international clients in a range of industry sectors, including private and public M&A, private capital raisings and IPOs, venture capital transactions, and commercial matters.

About You
  • A solicitor with 3 to 5 years' PQE, who has solid experience in corporate transactions gained in a leading law firm or a well-respected boutique.
  • Stimulated by commercial law, including: well-honed drafting skills for M&A transactions and shareholders agreements, the ability to manage due diligence exercises, commensurate ECM and public M&A experience, excellent attention to detail and critical analysis, the ability to manage client work with the support and guidance of partners, the ability to show initiative and work well in a team, enthusiasm and positive contributions to team culture.
