**About the Role**

The University of New South Wales is seeking an experienced administrator to join our Faculty of Science as a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Administrator.

This role plays a crucial part in streamlining undergraduate science work integrated learning programs, ensuring a smooth experience for students, WIL Academic Leads, and external partners. You will work closely with the WIL Industry Engagement Officer and Student Experience Officer within the Faculty.

We offer a competitive salary package including $85k - $95k per annum, plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading.

The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.

You should possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
  • Highly advanced interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet competing deadlines by using judgment and initiative.
  • High proficiency of computer literacy, working with a range of computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office 365 suite.
