About the Role

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;

  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and training others;
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
