Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Refurbishment Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and values collaboration.

As the go-to technical expert for TLO refurbishment projects, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers across the APAC region. Your insights will help shape smarter processes, improve product performance, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will be responsible for acting as the technical lead for refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and reliability at every step. You will also collaborate with engineering, procurement, and workshop teams to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.

Additionally, you will lead investigations, manage upgrades, and drive improvements based on real-world feedback. You will also support inventory planning and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a culture of trust, fairness, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the technical lead for refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and reliability at every step.
  • Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and workshop teams to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Leading investigations, managing upgrades, and driving improvements based on real-world feedback.
  • Supporting inventory planning and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering, preferably mechanical. You will also require at least 3 years of hands-on experience with mining equipment installation and commissioning.

Other key requirements include a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving are also essential.
