This role is pivotal in ensuring quality, reliability, and efficiency across refurbishment projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • As the technical lead for refurbishment projects, you will oversee every stage, guaranteeing exceptional results.
  • You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, and workshop teams to deliver practical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Investigate, manage upgrades, and implement improvements based on real-world feedback to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Support inventory planning and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A commitment to your own safety and that of your team members.
  • A respectful attitude towards others and an inclusive mindset.
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • No less than 3 years of hands-on experience with mining equipment installation and commissioning.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to resolving issues.
