**The Role**
- Lead Educator in the toddlers or preschool age group
- Create a fun, interactive and stimulating learning environment with the EYLF in mind
- Work collaboratively alongside dedicated and experienced early childhood educators
- Ensure the health and safety of children
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with families

**Role Requirements**
- Diploma of Early Childhood and Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Full time - 38 hours per week, Part time will be considered
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
- Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with families
- Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
