Early Childhood Educator Role at a Scenic Early Learning Service

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our beautiful early learning service located on 8 acres of farmland.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be part of a team that prioritizes providing high-quality education and care to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To work collaboratively with the ECTs to develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's exploration and discovery.
- To build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging.
- To maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that promotes children's health and well-being.
- To participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Our early learning service is a purpose-built centre that provides abundant outdoor play areas with separate age-appropriate natural play spaces. We have a strong commitment to providing high-quality education and care that aligns with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training

- Experience in a similar environment of at least 12 months
- Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service on a rotating roster (7 am-6 pm)
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
