Job Opportunity

The Senior Coordinator position is a vital role within our organization, responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting the delivery of person-centred care services. This includes collaborating with other teams to ensure clients live safely and independently while staying connected to their community and family.

  1. Develop and implement operational plans to meet performance targets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Monitor and report on service performance against funding agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement.
  3. Provide leadership and support to Aged Care services, including operational relief as needed, to maintain high standards of care.

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position with potential extension, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements
  • An Advanced degree in Individual Support, Community Services or Home Care, or working towards these qualifications, with experience in a similar role.
  • Senior experience in the Aged-Care industry, with knowledge of the Aged-Care standards and regulatory framework.
  • A current NT Drivers License, Ochre Card, and Criminal History Check are also essential.
  • Leadership experience and a strong understanding of person-centred care principles are highly desirable.
