Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects and work packages. This role involves managing project delivery, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
About the Role:- Backlog Management: Review, refine, and prioritize backlog items based on agreed work packages, stakeholder input, customer feedback, organisational goals, and business value.
- Agile Methodology: Lead the team's processes for triaging backlog items and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Capacity Management: Maintain a running forecast of team capacity and utilisation, provide management with team forecasts and stakeholders' forward work plans, and manage stakeholder expectations around team capacity and utilisation.
- Manage project delivery and work packages.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business drivers.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
- Build a trusting environment with stakeholders to foster a collaborative culture.
- Facilitation skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Business process modelling skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.
