Job Overview

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrastructure.

This includes proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide relief and sustainable resolution to issues within our infrastructure.
  • Use your experience in software development, systems engineering and networking to prevent repeatable issues.
  • Drive initiatives with partner teams to improve the reliability and performance of the infrastructure through improved system design.
  • Drive a culture of intolerance to manual activity resulting in a highly automated environment delivering scalable solutions.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Linux systems.
  • Coding experience, normally Python or JavaScript.
  • Networking skills, IP addressing, routing protocols.
  • Monitoring of systems, applications and networks.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in cloud architecture or web applications engineering.
  • Experience in databases performance, replication, high availability.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical area.
