Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you'll lead the evolution of our infrastructure as we scale. You'll collaborate with our existing SRE and platform engineers to design resilient systems, automate deployment processes, and refine our approach to monitoring and incident response.

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure that scales with global usage.
  • Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and error budgets and drive reliability improvements in partnership with product teams.
  • Improve and extend our on-call practices, observability tooling, and incident response systems.
  • Own our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) architecture and deployment pipelines, optimizing for speed, safety, and team autonomy.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and proactively identify systemic risks.
  • Champion best practices across engineering for fault tolerance, security, and performance.
