About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping, documenting, and optimizing critical business processes across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stakeholders to capture, review, and refine business processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior team members and managers to guide stakeholders in developing consistent process flows, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Support the establishment of standardized approaches to process mapping, storage, and updates across the organization. Identify interdependencies between functions and divisions and communicate these to management.
  • Assist in identifying process inefficiencies or bottlenecks and propose solutions. Work with management to implement process improvements aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to document obligations associated with each process step and identify necessary controls.
  • Engage regularly with managers and subject matter experts across the organization to gather input, provide updates, and drive discussions on process improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and management of timelines and milestones for process mapping initiatives, ensuring prioritization and alignment with project plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping, process improvement, or business analysis.
  • Intermediate experience with process mapping tools such as BIC, Visio, or Lucid Charts.
  • Strong team-oriented approach, adaptability to new systems, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of operational risk management and experience working within a Three Lines of Defense (3LoD) model.
