About the Role: As a Principal Analyst in Performance Reporting, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring data for performance reporting and ensuring the quality of data provided by our data custodians.

This involves maintaining our performance reporting data warehouse, automating data validation reports, and collaborating with our data custodians to resolve issues with failed data validation logic tests.

  • Extract information from various data collections
  • Advising on performance improvement opportunities and risks
  • Undertaking and automating data validation checks
  • Managing and establishing a data warehouse

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing efficient data validation processes
  • Developing effective strategies to improve data quality
  • Providing regular data quality reports based on clinical, administrative, and financial information systems

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong ability to undertake complex SQL queries, set up ad-hoc Integration Services projects and stored procedures, and visualise and articulate data for performance reporting.
