Key Role Summary

You will be a vital contributor to our compliance activities, driving positive outcomes and harm minimisation. This senior role involves leading and mentoring Analysts within the Program Development and Governance unit.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyse data using business intelligence software (Oracle BI) to identify trends, issues, and compliance programme outcomes.
  • Develop and implement innovative compliance programmes using process analysis and modelling techniques.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to improve business processes.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to management teams on data capture strategies.
  • Prepare reports, submissions, briefs, and correspondence for Compliance Division operations.
  • Foster effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and partnership agencies.
  • Offer analytical expertise and guidance to other functions of the Compliance Division.
