Offshore Platform Commissioning Specialist

Job Opportunity:
Powertech Resourcing offers a challenging role in commissioning on offshore platforms. The company provides multidisciplinary services to the energy and resources sectors throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that instrumentation and control systems on offshore platforms are properly installed, tested, and commissioned.
- Verify that all systems meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards before they are handed over for production.
- Perform installation checks, functional loop checks, C&E testing, logic verification, SIF testing & system start-up support.
- Conduct calibrations, perform inspections, complete punch lists and check sheets, and install instruments while managing hazardous area inspections.
- Develop safety instrumented function test procedures and comply with site workplace health and safety procedures, legislation, and policy always.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- WA - Unrestricted Electrical Licence (A-Grade)
- Cert III or IV Instrumentation
- Previous offshore experience
- Oil and Gas experience
- TBOSIET (FOET, BOSIET with CAEBS are also accepted)
- Escape Chute (5770)
- MSIC
- EEHA Certificate
- Trade Certificate
- CPR / LVR certificates

- Enter Confined Space
- Work Safely at Heights
- Prochem Gyrolok Tubing Course
