We're currently seeking a talented Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This role will enable you to make a real difference in people's lives by helping your clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

In this role, you'll be making an impact in people's lives by:

  • Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identifying barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
  • Understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
  • Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Australian-recognised degree qualification in Exercise Physiology and ESSA accreditation
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
  • A willingness to work in the community and have a driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance

This role offers a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
