WorkFocus is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team of allied health professionals. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to clients in the community.

About the Role
  • Undertake assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes, empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals.

You will also be liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
