DVA Rehabilitation Specialist

About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate DVA Consultant to join our team at WorkFocus Australia. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will play a vital role in the provision of rehabilitation services for our DVA portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage DVA files within the legislative framework, ensuring compliance and excellent client outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and medical providers to facilitate a seamless transition to civilian life.
- Develop and implement effective case management plans to support the rehabilitation needs of our DVA clients.
About You
- You hold qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Physiotherapy.
- You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- You are willing to travel and have a current vehicle and driver's license.
