Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in a professional, confidential, and culturally sensitive manner
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals
  • Manage your case load effectively
  • Develop and review support plans with Participants and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other Health Professionals regarding client care
  • Compile case notes, reports, and correspondence as required
  • Participate in team meetings and internal supervision
