About the Role
Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse, plan, and support the upgrade or replacement of legacy applications that integrate with SAP
  • Gather and document requirements for SAP Fiori reporting initiatives
  • Conduct workshops to identify and document as-is/to-be business processes
  • Support the design and implementation of the Financial Authority process within SAP BTP
  • Assist in testing phases including system integration and UAT
  • Create business cases and contribute to budgeting and operational handover documentation
  • Collaborate closely with SAP Functional Analysts and stakeholders across departments
Ideal Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale IT environments
  • Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with business case development and benefit realisation
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, Lean preferred
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile project settings
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Experience
  • Involvement in financial systems such as Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, or Financial Authority
  • Exposure to SAP projects including Fiori, FICO, and Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Experience supporting procurement processes including RFQ/RFP/RFT development and evaluation
