**Plastering Career Opportunity**

Are you a skilled tradesperson looking for a challenging and rewarding career in plastering?

We are seeking an experienced Solid Plasterer to join our team, responsible for preparing and installing plasterboard, pre-cast cornices, and other plaster fittings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and a strong understanding of workplace WHS procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Measuring, marking, cutting, and installing panels of plasterboard
  • Preparing and fixing pre-cast cornices, panel mouldings, ceiling centres, and other plaster fittings
  • Designing colours and matching existing finishes
  • Acoustic, insulating, and fireproofing installations
  • Repairing and renovating structures and fixtures

Requirements include:

  • AQF Certificate IV or AQF Certificate III in a relevant field
  • Two years of work experience in the occupation or three years where applicant relies on work experience in lieu of formal qualifications
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Excellent communication - both written and verbal
