Plasterer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team in the Sydney Metro area.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A strong proficiency in all aspects of the plastering trade, including patching and preparing surfaces to perfection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle unique challenges and deliver high-quality plastering work with impeccable finishes.
  • The ability to expertly manage your own tools and equipment, and work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a professional and courteous rapport with clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Working effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Offering competitive remuneration package, including:

  • $48.00 - $65.00 per hour, plus additional incentives for exceptional performance.
  • Company car may be provided*
  • Travel reimbursement and other benefits as applicable.

Schedule: 40-48 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
