The Site Supervisor role involves overseeing the day-to-day operational tasks of major and minor projects undertaken by the Infrastructure Services Division. This includes supervising staff, contractors, and resources to ensure efficient site delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include managing project scopes, resource planning, work scheduling, and coordination of job timelines. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for dealing with residents and other members of the community as work progresses, ensuring they are informed of work and safety requirements.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Site Supervisor will supervise plant, labor, resources, and procedures of all aspects of major and minor site projects to ensure acceptable quality, safety, and production requirements are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years experience in Civil Construction / Maintenance work, a Civil - Certificate IV Civil Construction, Frontline Management Certificate IV or equivalent experience, WHS General Construction Induction Card (White card), and Civil Construction Certificate IV – First Aid Certificate.

Licenses/Tickets required include Drivers Licence Class C, MR and/or HR (or willingness to obtain), Current Traffic Controller (RIIWHS205E) and Implement Traffic Control Plans (RIIRIS301E) certifications. A HIAB Ticket is desirable.

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $79,419 p.a. with progression to $83,444 p.a. on demonstrated competencies. Benefits include a uniform and mobile telephone provided.
