The Opportunity:

This is an exceptional management role that requires a politically astute and engaging leader with experience in managing complex social support programs. You will have the opportunity to foster a high-performing team culture, shape public advocacy initiatives, design and innovate evidence-based programs, and empower marginalized voices.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a leader with exceptional leadership skills, expertise in vulnerable populations, strategic and operational excellence, and a commitment to equity. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, significant experience in managing complex social support programs, and strong financial management skills.
