Unity Technical Artist

We are seeking a skilled Unity Software Engineer with expertise in Unity development and C# programming to join our team.
About the RoleThis role bridges art and engineering—enabling you to bring visual designs to life while optimizing performance and ensuring seamless integration of art assets in a real-time gaming environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and implement software systems, art assets, game engine assets, shaders, and real-time visual effects.
- Work closely with engineers and artists to ensure product meets look-and-feel and performance requirements.
- Identify and solve technical issues related to the art pipeline.
- Provide artists with technical feedback to optimize asset creation.
- Document and evangelise best practices.
- Develop tools and scripts to optimise Unity workflow.
- Profile and debug game performance to identify areas for optimisation.
- Optimise software and art.
- 1-3 years of game development studio experience.
- Familiarity with versioning software or similar.
- Experience creating motion graphics or animations (with samples).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with game engines.
