Job Overview:

We are currently seeking highly skilled Structural & Mechanical Engineers who will play a pivotal role in designing and developing our cutting-edge spacecraft and related infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of space exploration and contributing to a pioneering organization that's shaping the future of humanity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the entire design cycle, including requirements derivation, conceptual and detailed design, system performance modeling, structural analysis, manufacturing and integration support, development testing and qualification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement design changes that improve system reliability and reduce operational costs.
  • Determine the best course of action to advance your career through collaborative efforts with the Program Manager.

Your projects may include various aspects of applied mechanical / structural engineering, such as design, analysis, and test of mechanical systems, propulsion systems, and structures. You'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, gaining valuable experience and expertise in the field.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Fundamental knowledge of design principles, including requirements identification, material selection, input definition, form factors, interface definition, environmental considerations, etc.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD programs (Creo Pro/E preferred), including drawing creation.

Possessing a Master's degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering, or other relevant fields, is desired but not required.
