Advanced Structural Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of innovative and practical solutions across buildings, infrastructure, and resources sectors in Australia and internationally.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented structural engineer to work on key commercial, health, and retail building projects. You will have the chance to collaborate with experienced engineers and work on complex structural systems.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake analysis and design of structural systems across building projects.
- Prepare technical documentation including calculations, design reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects from concept to construction.
- Assist with site inspections, structural assessments, and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong background in buildings, including commercial, medium/high-rise, retail, and health projects.
- Proficient in structural design software (e.g., Space GASS, RAM, RAPT, ETABS, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards and industry guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a collaborative approach.
This is a permanent staff role with a Perth CBD location. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our business.
