- Develop a community of practice for P3M professionals, focusing on knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in shaping the EPMO Workforce Strategy, aligning talent acquisition and development with business needs.
- Influence the ASA Workforce Capability Framework, ensuring it accurately reflects evolving delivery capabilities.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of P3M professionals.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and innovation, driving positive outcomes across the organisation.

About You- Hold professional qualifications in Project Management or Service Delivery.
- Desirable: Accreditation in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar.
- Bring 10+ years' experience in complex delivery environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in project and program methodologies.
- Showcase proven capability in building teams, coaching staff, and delivering training programs.
