Role Overview

Transforming regulatory compliance through innovation and expertise.

We are seeking a legally qualified professional to lead the development of high-impact content in our Financial Services portfolio.

This role involves shaping how businesses navigate complex regulatory environments by driving strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and project delivery skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance, or legal/compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Portfolio ownership: Managing the content lifecycle for assigned regulatory modules.
  • Thought leadership: Staying ahead of legislative reform, case law, compliance trends, and sector developments.
  • Customer-centric development: Gathering insights from customers to shape practical, relevant content.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Cultivating relationships with external contributors such as lawyers, consultants, regulators, and professional bodies.

Requirements:

  • University law degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated legal drafting and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of compliance content usage across industries.
  • Strategic thinking with commercial acumen.
