Search Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive website traffic and increase online visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and practices, as well as experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. You will work closely with our content team to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The successful candidate will report directly to our Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Conducting keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and optimization efforts
  • Optimizing on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags
  • Building high-quality backlinks through outreach and link building campaigns
  • Monitoring and analyzing website analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong understanding of SEO principles and practices
  • Experience with keyword research and analysis tools, such as Google Keyword Planner and Ahrefs
  • Knowledge of on-page optimization techniques, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags
  • Ability to build high-quality backlinks through outreach and link building campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
