Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Test Manager to lead the testing strategy for a major digital transformation initiative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of testing processes, from defining test strategies to managing resources and coordinating activities across various program streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Testing Strategy: Define the overall test strategy for the program, ensuring alignment with project objectives and delivering high-quality results.
  2. Resource Management: Oversee both manual and automated testing resources, coordinating with Test Leads and project teams to ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product and business stakeholders, including vendors, to deliver on testing requirements and ensure seamless communication.
  4. Testing Coordination: Manage and coordinate testing activities across various program streams, including security, performance, and accessibility testing.
  5. Process Improvement: Enhance test processes, methodologies, and automation practices, while maintaining robust test environments and driving continuous improvement.
  6. Reporting and Issue Resolution: Provide comprehensive reports on test execution and defect resolution, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 7+ years in testing, with at least 3 years in test management.
  2. Skills: Expertise in functional and non-functional testing, including security and performance. Hands-on experience with leading testing tools and automation frameworks.
  3. Methodologies: Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile delivery, with a solid track record in managing teams and vendors.
  4. Tools: Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
  5. Personal Attributes: High energy, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Contract Details:
  1. Daily Rate: $1000+
  2. Length: Initial 6-month contract, with potential for extension as the program runs for 2+ years.
