Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial leader to bring our unique football concept to life in Perth. As an owner-operator, you will be responsible for building a small central team, as well as freelance game hosts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for football, a business background in management and customer service, and an entrepreneurial spirit or background. They will also need to commit to owning and driving the brand, with a hunger to succeed and financial compensation proportional to their hard work and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce customers to our platform
  • Oversee game schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and secure prime slots at football venues
  • Lead and manage a small central team (2-3 persons) and freelance Official Hosts
You Should Have:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to motivate and train team members
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills
  • Passion for football and local football scene
  • Business background in management and customer service
  • Entrepreneurial spirit or background
