Internal Audit Leader

We are seeking a talented Internal Audit Leader to join our Assurance & Advisory team on a permanent basis.

As an auditor at RSM, you will work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders managing a portfolio through planning, delivering and reporting on audit requirements. You will lead multiple audit engagements simultaneously, train and mentor junior staff members, and contribute to the development of audit methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits by documenting test plans, conducting fieldwork, and finalizing reports
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure high-quality audit deliverables
  • Develop and implement audit methodologies, standards, and policies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies
  • Supervise and train junior staff members in audit techniques and procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry developments

Requirements:

  • CA qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in auditing or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify areas for improvement
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients
