Cyber Security Advisor

Hudson Australia is seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to join their team based at their Camperdown location. This on-site role provides flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage professionally and empathetically with clients, addressing their needs through various communication channels.
- Develop and maintain technical proficiency in cyber security across diverse technologies and operating systems.
- Provide hands-on assistance to improve clients' technical resilience across various devices and operating systems.
- Evaluate cyber resilience maturity and risks and refer complex cases to specialists if needed.
About You:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including engaging people calmly and professionally who are under severe stress.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to develop and maintain an excellent understanding of application security configurations and features across diverse email and browser applications as well as social media accounts.
- Empathetic, conflict management and resolution skills.
Requirements:
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Flexible hours between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday, 9 am to 12 pm AEST.
- Anticipated hours: 16-20 hours per week, with potential fluctuations due to business needs or exam periods.
