About this role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Horticulture Assistant to join our team. As a Horticulture Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful spaces by performing various gardening tasks.

Gardening Responsibilities:

  • Maintain gardens through weeding, mulching, pruning, watering, and planting.
  • Support seasonal planting and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Lawn maintenance and basic landscaping projects.
  • Learn pest and disease management techniques.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
  • Assist with composting and soil care.

Domestic Cleaning Duties:

  • Perform indoor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface wiping.
  • Clean windows, tidy and organize indoor and outdoor living areas.
  • Ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

General Support:

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Assist with light domestic tasks as needed.
