About the Position

As a full-time permanent leader, you will oversee technology teams, provide mentoring, training, and support to drive the future of OT, IT, and Cyber. This role involves owning and optimizing core business systems, strengthening cybersecurity posture, and ensuring secure operations across mining projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology teams, providing guidance, development, and maintenance
  • Oversight of daily IT operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and supplier contracts
  • Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of all IT/OT systems, data, and infrastructure
  • Drive continuous improvement through policies, reporting, and performance insights
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning to safeguard critical systems

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in IT management, preferably within mining or heavy industries
  • Proven leadership skills, able to motivate teams and influence executive stakeholders
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills for all business levels
