Job Title: IT Manager

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to oversee our technology division. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure technological initiatives align with overarching business strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ICT environment, working closely with vendors to guarantee reliable operation of infrastructure, data management, applications, and cybersecurity measures across Australian brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align IT strategy and operations with senior leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery
  • Lead an internal IT support team
  • Oversee distributed IT infrastructure and networks
  • Ensure IT security across offices
  • Drive IT projects (upgrades, implementations, migrations, relocations)
  • Advise on new technologies and process improvement
About You

A proactive leader will successfully lead IT initiatives and foster collaborative vendor partnerships. Comfortable navigating on-premises and cloud-based environments, you leverage experience with enterprise platforms and regulatory frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ICT management experience in on-premises and cloud environments
  • Strong background in SaaS platforms and integration components
  • Experience with M365, Entra, Intune, Azure, and SD-WAN
  • Experience in regulated, ISO-aligned environments
  • Knowledge of Australian security best practices such as the ACSC Essential Eight and Privacy Act compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Industry certifications such as MCSE or CCNA (desirable)
