Senior Low Voltage Technical Lead

Lead and mentor a growing team of electrical engineers as a Senior Electrical Engineer, focusing on low-voltage (LV) electrical design. Collaborate across various projects in sectors like infrastructure, transport, energy, and utilities to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Detailed LV Electrical Designs: Deliver designs and documentation meeting client and project specifications.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to a local team of 3-4 engineers.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to engineering standards, project timelines, and quality requirements.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with stakeholders and clients to shape scopes of work.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with interstate managers to support project outcomes.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering is essential for this role.
- 5+ years' experience in LV electrical design is required, including switchboards, power distribution, control panels, and more.
- Proven leadership experience or demonstrated mentoring capability is necessary.
- Eligibility for state-based engineering registration is a must.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and report writing skills are crucial.
