We are seeking a high-quality Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitrec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy group fitness classes, motivating our members, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, results-focused group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals
  • Motivate and engage our members during and after training sessions to promote a sense of community and accountability
  • Set up and maintain a clean and organized studio environment before and after training sessions
  • Assist with membership retention and provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters growth and learning

Requirements

  • Minimum Cert III in fitness, Cert IV in Fitness ideal
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Current fitness registration
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
  • Passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals
