- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow model interrogation and scenario assessment.
- Manage commercial documentation and offering memoranda for debt issuance.
- Lead debt compliance matters in collaboration with stakeholders, including Green Bond Allocation and Impact reporting.
- Provide rigorous analysis to support deal structuring.
- Assist with credit rating presentations and investor relations activities.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Experience in commercial accounting or corporate finance functions, preferably in a public company or Investment Bank.
- Minimum three years' experience in analysis, modelling, and supporting corporate finance transactions.
- Understanding of domestic and international debt capital markets, with exposure to infrastructure or capital-intensive project funding.
- Experience in conducting due diligence and preparing debt transaction marketing materials.
